Training Program Breakdown

Adopting semi-autonomous dozing technology is a major step forward for mining and civil operations — but success depends on skilled, confident operators.

Our Operator Training programs are designed to take operators from manual dozing through to full semi-autonomous control, using Cat® Command for Dozing. Training is practical, safety-first, and tailored to your site, so operators gain the skills they need to succeed from day one.

During July 2025, Elite Operator Training was engaged at Saraji Mine to support operators transitioning to semi-autonomous dozing. Over the course of that month, operator utilisation in remote control mode increased dramatically — rising from 4,900 minutes at the start of July to over 23,000 minutes by the end of the month. This improvement reflects faster adoption, stronger operator confidence, and measurable productivity gains achieved while Elite Operator Training was on site.
